Acineta superba roja

 Acineta superba roja a large sized, robust, cool to warm growing, caespitose epiphyte from high in the canopy of wet forests. This plant should be in a hanging basket to accomodate the long pendant inflorescence. Good shade, plenty of water while growing and a short dry rest in the winter will bring about strong spring bloomings.
